Binance is extending its RLUSD rewards campaign for another four weeks, the exchange announced, bringing back the same terms as previous rounds with a larger prize pool. The renewed campaign carries a reward pool worth 1 million XRP tokens at current USD value, and Binance reported a last 7-day annualized yield of 7.69% for participants in the prior round.
RLUSD is Ripple's US dollar-pegged stablecoin, and Binance has used recurring reward campaigns tied to the asset to encourage deposits and holding activity on the exchange rather than a one-time promotional push.
How the Campaign Works
Binance did not alter the campaign's basic structure for this extension: users who hold or deposit RLUSD on the exchange become eligible for a share of the reward pool, distributed in XRP rather than in RLUSD itself. Pricing the pool in XRP rather than a fixed dollar amount means its ultimate USD value fluctuates with the token's market price over the campaign's four-week run, giving participants indirect exposure to XRP alongside their RLUSD holdings.

Part of a Broader Pattern of Reward Campaigns
The RLUSD extension fits into a wider pattern of exchanges using recurring, terms-unchanged reward campaigns to keep stablecoin balances sticky on their platforms, a strategy that has become increasingly common as exchanges compete for deposit share in a market where stablecoin yield products are now a standard retention tool rather than a novelty. Binance has not disclosed the total size of the campaign in dollar terms beyond the XRP-denominated pool, nor specified a cap on individual participant rewards.
