Binance has launched its Flexible Loan August Challenge, offering users who borrow USDT, USDC or ACE on the platform a chance to qualify for a share of 500,000 ACE tokens as well as a Flexible Loan Interest-Free Voucher. The token pool is being supplied in partnership with Fusionist, the gaming and metaverse project behind ACE.
Binance's Flexible Loan product lets users borrow against crypto collateral without a fixed repayment schedule, charging interest that adjusts with market rates rather than locking borrowers into a term loan. Tying a promotional token pool to that product is designed to drive incremental borrowing activity specifically toward ACE and the two stablecoins named in the campaign, rather than across the exchange's full loan book.
How the incentive is structured
Participants qualify by taking out a Flexible Loan in one of the three eligible assets during the challenge period; Binance has not published the specific threshold amounts or duration needed to qualify for a share of the reward pool, directing users instead to the campaign's dedicated page for full terms. The inclusion of an interest-free voucher alongside the token rewards gives Binance a second lever — reducing the near-term cost of borrowing — on top of the ACE token incentive itself.
Fusionist's ACE token is tied to the company's blockchain gaming ecosystem, and campaigns like this one are a common way for both exchanges and token projects to generate short-term trading and borrowing volume around a specific asset, particularly one with a smaller existing user base than major pairs like BTC or ETH.
What to watch
As with Binance's other periodic loan and staking campaigns, actual payouts will depend on total participation across the challenge period, since reward pools of this kind are typically distributed proportionally rather than as a fixed amount per user.

The challenge adds to a busy month of exchange-side incentive campaigns as platforms compete for borrowing and trading activity heading into the back half of the year.
