Bitrue has rolled out Bitrue AI, an artificial-intelligence trading assistant that builds a personalized strategy in about 10 seconds once a user picks an asset and a risk level. The exchange says the launch coincided with a 333% jump in AI-linked futures trading volume over a two-week span, alongside a 118% increase in the number of users trading those contracts.
The tool offers eight pre-built strategies spread across three risk tiers, and — under what Bitrue calls its "Explainable AI Strategies" feature — attaches a plain-language explanation to each recommendation before a user commits any funds. A 24-hour monitoring system refreshes its suggestions every two minutes, and traders can attach automated take-profit and stop-loss controls once a strategy goes live. The service is free to use on the exchange.
Who's actually using it
Bitrue said 36% of eligible users on the platform have participated in AI-themed futures trading since the rollout. Adoption skewed heaviest in Ukraine, South Korea, and Vietnam. The launch landed alongside a broader surge of interest in futures tied to NVIDIA, AMD, SK Hynix, OpenAI, and Anthropic — the same AI-linked names driving much of the trading activity Bitrue AI's own strategies are built around.
How it stacks up against rivals
Bitrue Research Institute published a comparison in July 2026 benchmarking AI trading tools across Bitrue, Binance, Bybit, and OKX on seven measures: strategy generation, which large language models are used, backtesting, automated execution, accessibility, cost, and how much explanation is attached to a given recommendation. Bitrue was the only one of the four where every AI-generated strategy came with a plain-language rationale attached — the other exchanges' tools generate a recommendation without necessarily explaining the reasoning behind it.
Bitrue Research Institute framed the explanation layer as the point of the product: the goal, it said, is for someone who has never traded before to see why a strategy was recommended and make a more informed call on whether to activate it, rather than following a signal on faith.
