LBank has launched a new deposit-and-trade campaign for CYS called the CYS Token Splash, offering users a share of a 10,000 USDT prize pool structured across three separate reward tiers based on deposit and trading thresholds.

Under the terms LBank published, users who deposit 50 USDT and trade an equivalent 50 USDT of CYS on spot markets can earn a flat 5 USDT reward. A second tier rewards users who trade 500 USDT or more of CYS on spot with a share of a 5,000 USDT pool, capped at 100 USDT per user, splitting the bulk of the total prize pool among higher-volume participants.

A Tiered Structure Aimed at Different Trader Sizes

The tiered design is a common approach exchanges use to capture both small first-time depositors and larger active traders within a single campaign, rather than setting one flat threshold that would exclude smaller participants or fail to meaningfully incentivize bigger ones. The flat 5 USDT reward for the entry-level tier functions primarily as an onboarding incentive, while the shared 5,000 USDT pool for the mid-tier rewards sustained trading volume over the campaign window.

LBank's announcement did not specify a third reward tier's exact terms beyond referencing additional ways to earn within the campaign, nor did it disclose the promotion's start and end dates or CYS's underlying project details, directing users instead to the campaign page for full terms.

Part of a Broader Listing Push

The CYS campaign follows a similar format to LBank's prior promotional activity, including a recent Pudgy Penguins-branded listing push and an ongoing Cash Payment Challenge tied to its LBank Pay and LBank Card products. Deposit-and-trade campaigns like this one remain one of the most common tools smaller and mid-tier exchanges use to compete for early liquidity on new listings against larger platforms that can rely on organic volume alone, a pattern also visible in Bitrue's own recent zero-fee push on newly listed tokens.
