MEXC has launched a $200,000 Stock Education Content Contest in partnership with Kaito, marking what the two describe as the first major exchange campaign built on Kaito’s Katalyst and Partner tools. The initiative runs as part of MEXC’s 0808 Stock Season, the exchange’s annual campaign centered on expanding access to stock-linked products.
The campaign is split into two components: a $100,000 reward pool for a Stock Products Education Contest aimed at creators and KOLs, and up to $100,000 in referral incentives layered on top. MEXC says the goal is to work with knowledgeable content creators to help audiences better understand stock products, market dynamics and investment concepts available on the platform.
The education contest sits inside a larger push. MEXC 0808 Stock Season is backed by a $500,000 total prize pool across its various trading and community activities this year, alongside zero-fee trading on key stock products for the duration of the campaign.
Kaito's Role in the Partnership
Kaito’s Katalyst and Partner infrastructure — the tools used to track and reward creator content across the campaign — give MEXC a way to measure and pay out for educational content at scale rather than running a traditional influencer marketing push. According to MEXC's own announcement of the partnership, this is the exchange's first campaign built specifically around that infrastructure, positioning it as a template for future collaborations between the two.

Part of a Broader Push Into Education-Led Growth
The campaign reflects a wider trend among exchanges toward funding creator education and content rather than relying purely on trading incentives or token giveaways to drive engagement. Whether the approach translates into durable new users, as opposed to a short-term spike in campaign-linked content, will likely determine whether MEXC and Kaito extend the format into future seasons.
