XRP exchange-traded funds notched $15 million in net inflows over the past week, standing out against a broader digital-asset ETF landscape where several major products saw money head for the exits. Solana ETFs bled $17 million in outflows over the same stretch, while Bitcoin funds posted a modest $0.6 million net outflow and Ethereum products managed only a thin $0.4 million inflow.
The divergence points to a market where, as the report put it, investor demand is becoming increasingly selective rather than uniformly bullish or bearish across the cryptocurrency market. Rather than moving in lockstep, capital appears to be rotating toward specific products based on their individual narratives and institutional access points.
A Steady Drip of Daily Inflows
The weekly XRP total was built from a string of positive daily prints rather than a single large allocation. XRP ETFs pulled in $7.11 million on July 31 and $5.57 million on July 30, followed by smaller but still positive days of $547,000 on July 29 and $533,000 on July 27. Earlier in the month, XRP funds saw $5.09 million in inflows on July 21 and $2.27 million on July 20, underscoring a pattern of consistent accumulation rather than one-off speculative bursts.
Since the launch of spot XRP ETFs, cumulative net inflows have now reached approximately $775.5 million, a figure that reflects steadily growing institutional appetite for regulated exposure to the token rather than a rush tied to any single catalyst.
What's Driving the Divergence
Analysts point to expanded institutional access through regulated investment vehicles, along with continued optimism around Ripple's broader ecosystem expansion, as key factors supporting XRP's relative strength. Meanwhile, Solana's larger outflows suggest some investors are trimming exposure to higher-beta altcoin products even as they hold or add to more established plays.
"The timing of these inflows is particularly significant given broader market conditions," the report noted, framing the XRP figures against a backdrop of mixed sentiment across crypto markets more broadly. With XRP ETFs now showing several consecutive weeks of net positive flows, the data suggests the token has carved out a distinct institutional demand base separate from the wider market's day-to-day swings.
