Binance has opened order submission for a tokenized version of Jersey Mike's stock, trading under the ticker JMKE on Binance Stocks. According to the exchange's announcement, order submission began at 09:05 UTC on July 30, 2026, though execution won't happen immediately.

Binance noted that the symbol is “not expected to open” at the platform's usual 13:30 UTC start time, since the underlying shares are still going through the standard IPO price discovery process on the NYSE. Orders placed before that point will simply queue until the market officially opens.

How Trading Will Work

Only limit orders are supported for now, with both Good Till Cancel and day-order variants available; market orders are not permitted at this stage. Binance also flagged that its partnered brokers may enforce net buy restrictions or caps, which could result in some buy orders being rejected while sell orders continue to go through normally.

Users who hold the tokenized shares will be able to access Fully Paid Securities Lending once T+1 settlement completes. Standard Limit Up-Limit Down price band protections also apply, meaning trading will pause if the price swings beyond set thresholds, with pending market orders cancelled while limit orders stay in the book.

Access and Risk Disclosures

Availability of the tokenized stock depends on a user's country or region of residence. Binance routes these orders through Alpaca Securities LLC, with Nest Trading Limited acting as the introducing broker. The exchange reiterated that securities of this kind carry high market and liquidity risk with no guaranteed returns, and no trading fees were specified in the announcement.
