Source verification
Every story is checked against publicly available reporting, official project or exchange announcements, and on-chain data where relevant, before it's restated in our own wording. We don't treat a single source as sufficient for a material claim if a second, independent source is available to check it against.
Market and on-chain data
Prices, trading volumes, and on-chain metrics referenced in our coverage reflect the data available at the time an article was written or last updated, and can go stale quickly given how fast crypto markets move. We link to the underlying data source where practical so readers can verify a figure themselves.
Editorial vs. Press Release
Promotional content is never presented as independent reporting. Announcements from exchanges or projects that are promotional in nature are published as clearly labeled Press Release articles, kept separate from regular news coverage — see our Ads Disclosure for how that line is drawn.
Corrections
