Bitget has kicked off an invitational referral tournament running from July 29 through August 11, 2026, offering a combined 11,000 USDT prize pool split between users who refer new traders and the new traders themselves.
The top 100 inviters by valid referral count qualify for tiered cash rewards. The top-ranked inviter, with at least 40 valid referrals, earns 1,000 USDT, while second place takes 750 USDT for 30 or more referrals and third place earns 500 USDT for at least 20. Rewards taper down through the rest of the leaderboard: ranks 4 through 10 each receive 250 USDT for 10 or more referrals, ranks 11 through 30 get 125 USDT for five or more, ranks 31 through 50 receive 75 USDT for three or more, and ranks 51 through 100 earn 25 USDT for at least one valid referral.
What Counts as a Valid Referral
Bitget's rules set a meaningful bar for what qualifies. An invitee must complete registration and identity verification, deposit a minimum of 200 USDT, and complete one of three trading tasks on the same day: at least 1,000 USDT in spot trading volume, 4,000 USDT in futures volume, or 100,000 USDT in CFD volume. Affiliates, market makers, brokers, and sub-accounts are excluded from participating, and the promotion cannot be combined with Bitget's other referral programs.
A Bonus for New Users Too
Invitees are not left out of the reward pool either. The first 500 new users to complete the qualifying tasks can claim futures trading bonuses of up to 5 USDT each, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bitget says all rewards, for both inviters and invitees, will be distributed within seven working days after the promotion ends.
The tournament is the latest in a long-running series of referral and volume-based promotions exchanges use to compete for new user acquisition, with the tiered structure designed to reward high-volume affiliates disproportionately while still leaving smaller payouts available further down the leaderboard.
