Bybit has introduced Finloop's FUIDL, a tokenized USD liquidity product backed by an AAA-rated money market fund, giving eligible users a way to hold yield-bearing dollar exposure directly on the exchange. The product is aimed at institutional and eligible investors looking for short-term liquidity management rather than the volatility of typical crypto assets.
Hourly Access and Same-Day Interest
FUIDL is structured to offer hourly subscription and redemption windows, a notably faster cycle than the daily or multi-day settlement typical of traditional money market funds. Interest accrues on a T+0 basis, meaning holders begin earning yield the same day they subscribe rather than waiting for a settlement cycle to complete.
Usable as Collateral
Beyond simply holding the token for yield, Bybit says eligible investors can use FUIDL as collateral on the exchange, letting holders put the tokenized fund to work supporting other positions rather than leaving it idle. The listing continues a broader trend of exchanges bringing tokenized real-world assets, particularly short-duration cash-management products, onto their platforms as a bridge between traditional fund structures and on-chain settlement speed.
