Bybit has listed a new perpetual futures contract for GRVT, adding $GRVTUSDT to its trading lineup with leverage available up to 20x. The listing was announced in partnership with the GRVT protocol's official account.
The addition gives Bybit users direct derivatives exposure to GRVT, following a wave of exchange listings for the token in recent weeks as trading platforms compete to onboard newer perpetual contracts.
Part of a Broader Listing Trend
Bybit's move follows a similar listing on rival exchange Gate, which added its own GRVT perpetual futures contract with leverage also capped at 20x in recent days. The near-simultaneous listings across multiple exchanges suggest GRVT has drawn enough trading interest to justify derivatives support beyond spot markets.
Perpetual futures allow traders to take leveraged long or short positions on an asset without an expiration date, settling instead through periodic funding payments between long and short position holders. Leverage of up to 20x means traders can control a position twenty times the size of their posted margin, which magnifies both potential gains and potential losses.
What Comes Next
Bybit has not disclosed additional details such as funding rate intervals or initial open interest for the new contract. As with other newly listed perpetual markets, liquidity and trading volume for $GRVTUSDT are likely to build gradually as market makers and traders begin actively quoting the pair.
