Bybit has launched three new TradFi perpetual contracts, giving traders leveraged exposure to Tencent, Minimax and Zhipu through tokenized stock instruments rather than direct equity ownership. The contracts, listed as TENCENTUSDT, MINIMAXUSDT and ZHIPUUSDT, are now live and tradable on the exchange.

The listing brings two AI-linked Chinese technology names, Minimax and Zhipu, onto Bybit's derivatives platform alongside Tencent, one of China's largest publicly traded technology conglomerates. Bybit has not disclosed specific initial trading volumes, funding rate structures, or leverage caps for the three new contracts beyond confirming they are live.

Expanding Beyond US Equities

Most tokenized-stock perpetual products from major exchanges have so far concentrated heavily on US mega-cap names such as Apple, Microsoft and Meta. The addition of Tencent, Minimax and Zhipu signals an effort to broaden that lineup toward Asian technology and AI-focused companies, giving traders leveraged access to a set of stocks that have historically been harder for many international retail traders to reach directly.

Both Minimax and Zhipu have drawn attention as prominent players in China's AI sector, making their inclusion alongside Tencent a signal that Bybit sees trading demand extending beyond the US-centric AI trade that has dominated headlines through 2026.

Part of a Broader Listing Expansion

The three new contracts follow Bybit's earlier expansion of its tokenized-stock perpetual lineup with five additional listings, underscoring how quickly the exchange has been broadening its TradFi derivatives offering. Whether trading volume on the new Tencent, Minimax and Zhipu contracts matches the activity seen on Bybit's existing US-stock perpetuals will likely depend on how actively international traders seek exposure to Chinese AI and technology names through crypto-native venues.
