Crypto exchange Gate has opened subscriptions for its IPO Access product covering Jersey Mike's, the US sandwich chain trading under the ticker JMKE, giving users a way to gain pre-IPO exposure to the company through tokenized shares.

Subscriptions opened at 02:00 UTC on July 27, with Gate setting an indicative offering price range of $21 to $25 per share. Users can submit intent subscriptions using either USDT or GUSD.

Gate said earlier intent subscriptions receive higher allocation weight, an incentive structure meant to reward users who commit before the window fills, rather than a first-come-first-served share count.

How IPO Access Works

Gate's IPO Access product lets users subscribe to shares of a company ahead of or around its traditional public listing, settled and tracked on-chain rather than through a conventional brokerage. The exchange promoted the offering across several posts in the hours before the window opened, building up to the JMKE listing as the latest addition to its pre-IPO lineup.

Neither Jersey Mike's nor Gate has disclosed the total size of the allocation available through this round, and the final settlement price will depend on demand once the subscription period closes.
