KuCoin has kicked off a three-day trivia campaign to mark its ninth anniversary, inviting users to test their knowledge of the exchange's history for a shot at a shared prize pool. The exchange teased the campaign on X, saying that as it approaches its ninth anniversary it is “looking past the order books to where community, tech, and rhythm converge” before pointing followers to the quiz itself.
The quiz runs across three separate days, with three multiple-choice questions released each day for a total of nine questions covering KuCoin's milestones, this year's anniversary campaign theme, and a music-festival partnership tied to the celebration.
How the Prize Pool Works
KuCoin is putting up a 1,000 USDT prize pool for the campaign, to be split evenly among 200 winners at 5 USDT each. To qualify, participants need to answer all nine questions correctly across all three days — a full-sweep requirement that raises the bar above a typical single-day trivia giveaway.
Beyond answering the quiz questions, entrants can unlock additional entries by following KuCoin's official X account, joining its Telegram channel, and submitting an email address and KuCoin user ID. The exchange notes that users must be registered and have completed identity verification on KuCoin in order to actually claim any reward.
Strong Early Engagement
With roughly ten hours left to run on the first day's quiz, the campaign had already logged close to 23,000 entries, suggesting meaningful engagement from KuCoin's user base right out of the gate.
The anniversary push is themed around a narrative KuCoin is calling “Beyond The Signal,” continuing the exchange's pattern of pairing milestone celebrations with gamified, multi-day engagement campaigns rather than a single one-off giveaway.
