Ripple minted another 15 million RLUSD on Ethereum this week, according to data tracked by the Ripple Stablecoin Tracker account on X. The fresh issuance came in quick succession with a separate mint of 10 million RLUSD on Ethereum within the same 24-hour window, even as 15 million RLUSD was burned on the XRP Ledger on July 29, 2026.

The moves are part of routine supply rebalancing between the two chains RLUSD lives on. Ethereum now hosts a circulating RLUSD supply of more than $712 million, while the XRP Ledger carries roughly $873 million. Over the past seven days alone, Ethereum saw 36.5 million RLUSD minted against $25.3 million burned, while the XRP Ledger recorded $65.4 million minted and $68.7 million burned.

South Korea Opens the Door

The minting activity coincides with a wave of new exchange access for RLUSD in South Korea. Upbit, the country's third-largest exchange, began supporting RLUSD deposits and withdrawals on the XRP Ledger on July 28, pairing the stablecoin with KRW, BTC, and USDT. Bithumb followed a day later, on July 29, adding its own RLUSD support on the XRP Ledger alongside a direct RLUSD/KRW trading pair.

Those two listings give RLUSD meaningful reach into one of Asia's most active retail trading markets, a region where dollar-pegged stablecoins have historically had to compete with strict local banking rules around foreign currency exposure.

A Bigger Enterprise Play

Ripple also disclosed a new partnership with Notabene, a compliance infrastructure provider that processes more than $2 trillion in annualized transaction volume. The tie-up is aimed at expanding RLUSD's use in enterprise stablecoin payments, an area Ripple has repeatedly flagged as central to its long-term strategy beyond XRP Ledger trading activity.

Between the fresh minting, the South Korean listings, and the Notabene partnership, RLUSD's footprint is expanding on multiple fronts simultaneously — supply, geographic reach, and institutional plumbing — even as the broader stablecoin sits well behind market leaders like USDT and USDC in total circulation.
