Bybit is leaning into its tokenized stock trading platform this week, timing a promotional push to coincide with Apple's third-quarter earnings report and the broader market's reaction to the Federal Reserve's latest rate decision. The exchange has been offering direct trading on tokenized versions of household-name stocks, including Coca-Cola ($KO), PepsiCo ($PEP) and Walmart ($WMT), alongside its existing crypto derivatives products, under the banner of what it calls its “New Financial Platform.”
As part of the campaign, Bybit is offering a headline yield product tied to Apple: up to 555% APR on an AAPLX/BTC pair, letting users earn a return denominated against a tokenized Apple stock position paired with bitcoin. The exchange framed the promotion around two catalysts landing the same day — Apple's Q3 earnings release and bitcoin's price reaction to the Fed's policy decision — positioning the yield offer as a way to stay positioned through both events without picking a side.
Tracking earnings reactions in real time
Bybit also used the campaign to highlight post-earnings stock moves elsewhere in tech, noting that Microsoft shares rose roughly 10% while Meta shares fell about 9% following their respective earnings reports. The exchange's research arm, Bybit Learn, followed up with predictions on how Apple and Amazon shares might move after their own earnings releases, continuing the platform's pattern of using earnings season as a hook to drive engagement with its tokenized equity products.

Part of a broader tokenized-stock push
The promotion is the latest in a series of tokenized stock trading pushes from Bybit in recent days, which have also included direct trading links for individual names and reminders that positions in these products remain tradable around the clock, unlike the underlying shares on traditional exchanges. The 555% APR figure applies specifically to the promotional AAPLX/BTC product and is not representative of standard trading terms on the platform.
Exchanges racing into tokenized equities
Bybit's campaign mirrors a broader trend among centralized crypto exchanges rolling out tokenized stock products this year, as platforms compete to offer round-the-clock access to traditional equities alongside crypto trading.
