Gate has completed distribution of Jersey Mike's ($JMKE) shares to users who subscribed through its IPO Access product, the exchange announced. Eligible holders of Gate Stock Accounts now have the shares reflected in their accounts, while any unallocated subscription funds have been refunded.

Users who committed USDT or GUSD toward the subscription but did not receive a full allocation of shares had those unallocated balances returned directly to their Gate Spot Accounts, according to the exchange.

Where to find the new shares

Gate directed users to locate their JMKE holdings by navigating to Assets, then TradFi, then Stocks within the Gate app — the same section used for the exchange's other tokenized equity offerings.

Part of Gate's tokenized IPO access push

IPO Access lets Gate users subscribe to shares of newly public companies ahead of or around a listing, with the exchange handling allocation and settlement through its TradFi product line rather than a traditional brokerage. The Jersey Mike's distribution marks the completion of one such subscription round, following the same subscribe-then-settle structure Gate has used for prior IPO Access offerings.
