Crypto exchange KuCoin has closed out its sponsorship of Tomorrowland Belgium 2026, one of the world's largest electronic music festivals, after hosting its own branded venue, the Celestia Stage, across both weekends of the event.

The exchange called the run "2 unforgettable weekends" and "3 incredible activations," tying the sponsorship to what it described as a "monumental 9th Anniversary" milestone for its Tomorrowland partnership.

A Multi-Day Activation, Not a One-Off Post

KuCoin treated the festival as a sustained campaign rather than a single announcement, posting daily stage timetables, behind-the-scenes moments from the Celestia Stage, and a running "9th Anniversary" quiz that gave users a new question each day of the event, with the final round promoted as a last chance to "claim your bragging rights (and rewards)."

The exchange also used the sponsorship window to spotlight its Global Brand Ambassador, professional cyclist Tadej Pogačar, congratulating him on winning his fifth Tour de France title.

Part of a Broader Brand Push

Festival sponsorships and celebrity brand-ambassador deals have become a common marketing tool among large crypto exchanges competing for retail user attention outside of core trading features. KuCoin's Tomorrowland activation follows that pattern, pairing a physical, high-visibility stage presence with an online engagement campaign aimed at its existing user base.
