Binance will list a tokenized share of CEA Industries, the Nasdaq-listed BNB treasury company, on its spot and Convert platforms starting September 14 at 8:00 p.m. Hong Kong time, adding the bStocks pair BNCB alongside a zero-fee promotional window that runs through October 1.
The listing comes with the exchange's now-standard package of bStocks incentives: zero maker and taker fees on the pair for the length of the promotion, plus access to Binance's spot algorithmic trading bots and Smart Portfolio bot, the latter activating automatically within 24 hours of the pair going live. Within an hour of launch, users holding BNCB will be able to convert it into BTC, USDT, or other supported tokens on Binance Convert, with the swap itself carrying no fee.

CEA Industries trades on Nasdaq under the ticker BNC and has positioned itself as a BNB treasury company, holding BNB as a corporate reserve asset in a strategy modeled on the Bitcoin-treasury playbook popularized by public companies earlier in the cycle. That positioning has made it a recurring reference point across the BNB Chain ecosystem: Four.meme, a token-launch platform built on BNB Chain, minted a separate tokenized instrument tied to the company — BNC4 — in early September, drawing more than $2 million in mint requests within hours of going live.
The bStocks framework itself works by issuing tokenized representations of real equities through BTECH Holdings, a special purpose vehicle registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Eligible users get commission-free access to the underlying stock, can buy in fractional amounts starting as low as $5, and hold a claim on shares custodied by a U.S.-regulated clearing broker rather than a synthetic derivative with no backing asset. That structure has been central to Binance's pitch for the product: it is marketed as direct economic exposure to the underlying company rather than a separately-collateralized wrapper.
The BNCB listing extends Binance's broader bStocks push, which has grown quickly since launch. The product captured 27% of the tokenized equity market within seven weeks of its debut, and the exchange has layered on features since, including zero-fee transfers between real shares and bStocks and automated recurring buys for tokenized US equities.

Tokenized equities have become one of the more active listing categories on Binance in 2026, with the exchange rotating in new pairs tied to both blue-chip US stocks and smaller, thematically linked names like CEA Industries. The zero-fee window and same-day convertibility follow the same template Binance has used for prior bStocks launches — an incentive structure designed to concentrate early trading volume on the exchange before the promotional period lapses and standard fees apply.
For CEA Industries specifically, the bStocks listing adds another distribution channel layered on top of its existing exposure through Four.meme's BNC4 token, giving crypto-native traders two separate tokenized routes into the stock within the same week — one built for spot and Convert users on Binance directly, the other for participants in the BNB Chain token-launch ecosystem.
The zero-fee window is also a familiar customer-acquisition lever for Binance, which has used similar promotional periods to seed liquidity for new pairs before standard fee schedules kick back in once the campaign lapses. For a name like CEA Industries — smaller and less liquid than the blue-chip tickers usually offered as bStocks — that early liquidity push matters more than it would for a heavily traded name, since thin order books can otherwise deter the kind of active trading the promotion is designed to generate.
